Do you actually stock all of the machines posted online?

       Yes, we primarily post only the games that have been reconditioned and are ready for shipping to your home. All told we employ more than 30,000 sq. ft of storage space tightly packed with used coin operated amusements. This is perhaps the largest concentration of coin operated amusements anywhere. Our online posts represent a modest fraction of the hundreds of items items we have in stock. Please take the time to pay us a visit as a part of you next trip to the Central Pennsylvania attractions; Carlisle, Hershey Park, Historic Lancaster, Reading outlets... What is the condition of a particular item?

       PGW sells games in a variety of conditions. In most cases a game will either be reconditioned or offered "As Is". Shopped machines have been reconditioned by our in house technicians. Parts on Shopped machines are backed for 30 days; All shipping fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Obtain specific condition information by phone at: 717-272-7052. Please note, machine status is subject to change without notice. Most PGW Ebay posts are sold without warranty regardless of the condition of the item - unless otherwise noted in the post. Contact the store for complete condition details on any given item.
       "As Is" Machines will vary in condition from "Complete and Working" to "Complete" to "Missing parts" etc. Contact us for details on any given machine. All "As Is" sales are final and are not covered by any warranty. Some "As Is" items can be shopped out in-house by our technicians at the buyers request; contact us at: 717-272-7052 for specific details.

What repair services do you offer?

       We maintain a fully equipped service, repair, and restoration facility onsite at our main facility in Lebanon. Please contact us for information on having your arcade amusement serviced by our team here at the Gameroom Warehouse.
       Minor cosmetic repair is also available. Please contact us for details.

How will I obtain repair services if I am not located in your area?

       Service on machines sold by us to customers outside our immediate area can be made in several ways. Modular designs allow for easy swapping of major components by mail. If you are moderately handy, our staff can assist you by phone in fixing many service problems. We have a long list of technicians available nation wide to assist you, if a local technician in your area becomes necessary, we will use our best efforts to find someone in your area.

Do you sell parts?

       Yes, we supply parts for everything we sell through a strict email only system. We are primarily a supplier of game specific parts such a plastics and other unique componenets we source used from our hundreds of parts machines. Please see our Parts Page for complete details.

What are the shipping costs?

       Shipping rates vary depending on the method of transport used. Please visit our Transportation page for complete details.

When will I receive my machine?

       Times will vary depending on the type and size of your machine(s). Two weeks is our standard estimate for items where shop work is not involved. A detailed estimate on shipping times will be provided during the ordering process.

Can you find me a machine not pictured?

       In most cases yes. We have hundreds of machines which are not reconditioned and are available for sale.
